The Unity Council is excited to announce that the housing waitlist for the 36th Ave Apartments—located at 2000, 2022, and 1921 36th Avenue in Oakland—will open on Monday, May 12, 2025, at 9:00 AM. Please note that applications will not be available before this time.
All applications must be received or postmarked by 5:00 PM on June 30th, 2025. This is a lottery-based process, not first-come, first-served.
