Sandra Dalida
The Unity Council welcomes Sandra Dalida as the incoming Chief Financial Officer.

Sandra is an experienced leader with more than 20 years leading finance and administrative.
operations including Director, National Supply Chain & Business Diversity at Kaiser Foundation
Health Plan, Inc. and Director, Worldwide Business Diversity at Apple Computer, Inc. with
responsibility for $8 billion in contracts accounting, procurement and supply chain management.
Sandra’s public sector experience includes more than13 years as Chief Financial Officer, Social
Services Santa Clara County, and Finance & Administration Deputy Director for Probation
Departments in Alameda County and City & County of San Francisco. Recently, Sandra has
consulted with the City of Saratoga as Interim Treasurer/Finance Director and Treasurer/Finance
Director for the City of El Cerrito. Also, Sandra has directed national technology automation projects.
to transition from legacy financial, accounting, and procurement systems to ERP systems.

In addition, Sandra’s background includes leading Research & Planning and Business Intelligence
and Reporting operations for public policy and regulatory analysis, establishing quantifiable cost.
allocation and performance methodologies, and leading cross-functional teams through collaborative
data-driven decision-making processes to achieve quality outcomes. and successful integration.
Additionally, she has directed Information Technology, Human Resources, and Internal Auditing &
Investigations operations.

Ms. Dalida received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration from the University of San
Francisco, completed the Leadership and Transformation Program at Stanford University Center for
Professional Development, and Project Management, University of California, Berkeley, and the
Center for Leadership & Transformation Program, Santa Clara County. In addition, Sandra was.
selected as the Business Director/Manager of the Year by the National Association of Women Business
Owners, Silicon Valley, and the Northern California Supplier Development Council. Also, Sandra has
served on State Committees and on numerous boards of business associations across the U.S.

Sandra grew up on migrant farms in the Salinas Valley with her parents and five siblings. Farm life
taught her the value of teamwork, personal accountability, and to appreciate the different talents and
contributions of others. Sandra’s favorite activities include spending time with her daughters, hosting.
family gatherings and reading.

Sandra is excited to join The Unity Council to align her career and personal interests to support.
efforts which enhance access to housing and early childhood education for low-income families.
