Yolanda Bronson-Davis is the Director of Workforce Development at The Unity Council. She first joined the organization in 2022 as the Employment and Training Program Manager and was promoted to Director in 2023. A San Francisco native, Yolanda brings more than 15 years of experience to her role and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the California Institute of Integral Studies.
Throughout her career, she has worked across for-profit, state, federal, and nonprofit sectors, with a strong focus on education, transitional services, and employment placement. She has supported youth and adults ages 16 and older who have faced barriers related to economic hardship, educational access, and involvement in the criminal justice system.
As Director of Workforce Development, Yolanda is committed to helping individuals overcome systemic barriers by building the skills and confidence needed for long-term employment and stability. She champions diversity, inclusion, and community-centered support, and works closely with her team to strengthen and expand workforce programs that empower job seekers and enhance organizational impact.
