development, construction, and project management executive with over 30 years of experience.
Rod served as an Owner’s Representative in a variety of senior leadership positions and provided
oversight and management of major commercial real estate projects. A partial list of representative major
mixed-use projects/developments include:
• Menlo Gateway Development (Office / Hotel Project) – Menlo Park, CA - $550 million
• Hillsdale Shopping Center North Block Reconfiguration – San Mateo, CA - $220 million
• Pacific Bell (Oracle) Park Development – San Francisco, CA – $525 million
• Rincon Center Development – San Francisco, CA – $400 million
Roderick is skilled in team building, partnering, and directing contractors, architects, engineers, designers, and
other specialty consultants. He has a strong business acumen and has expertise in negotiating contracts,
administering construction loan draws, managing costs and schedules, controlling budgets, and providing
quality control oversight while executing through the project delivery process.
Roderick has a diverse real estate, project, and construction management background in industrial, office,
residential, retail, and renewable energy. He previously served as:
