Daniel Stanton is a Managing Director and Global Head of Transactional FX Product Management at Bank of America’s Global Payment Solutions. Since 2018, he has led a global team overseeing FX product strategy, investment governance, and innovation to enhance client payment capabilities.
A strong advocate for diversity, Daniel plays a key role in the Social and Economic Action Council (SEAC) and leads Diversity & Inclusion efforts in GPS Campus Recruiting, focusing on HBCUs, HSIs, and partner organizations. He is also the Executive Sponsor for the Black Executive Leadership Council (BELC) and the Black Professionals Group (BPG) in Northern California.
Daniel began his career at Bank of America in 2003 as a part-time phone agent, advancing through various leadership roles in operations and product management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix.
