Both properties are managed by East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation, which will oversee the application process and maintain the waitlists.
To support community members through the process, The Unity Council will also be hosting workshops to help residents learn more about the application process and how to submit their applications.
Sen Lake Apartments
Sen Lake Apartments is a new affordable housing community located near Lake Merritt offering 91 homes for Oakland residents.

- 3-bedroom

Casa Arabella Apartments
Casa Arabella is an affordable housing community in Oakland offering 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments.
Waitlist opens: March 13
Application deadline: March 27 at 5 PM
