Yolanda Bronson-Davis is the Director of Social Enterprise at Peralta Service Corporation (PSC). She joined PSC in 2022 as the Employment and Training Program Manager and was promoted to Director in 2023. A native of San Francisco, Yolanda brings over 15 years of experience to her role and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the California Institute of Integral Studies. Throughout her career, she has worked in for-profit, state, federal, and nonprofit sectors, focusing on education, transitional services, and employment placement. She has supported clients aged 16 and older who have faced challenges related to economic hardship, education, and the criminal justice system.
As Director, Yolanda is dedicated to helping individuals overcome systemic barriers by developing skills that prepare them for employment and lead to sustainable lives. She actively promotes diversity, community, and inclusion in her work. Her primary goal is to collaborate with the PSC management team to stabilize, enhance, and improve PSC operations, to ensure client satisfaction and organizational growth.
