East 12th Circle is being developed in partnership with Self Help Ventures Fund, a subsidiary of Self Help Credit Union. When complete, the property will provide 68 affordable senior apartments in a 6-story residential building. The design also includes office space for property management, resident services, outdoor space for resident use, laundry, secured bike parking, and a roof top deck and exercise room.
