Fruitvale-San Antonio Senior Center: Culturally Responsive Services for Our Diverse Elderly Community
At the Fruitvale-San Antonio Senior Center, we are committed to meeting the cultural and linguistic needs of our community’s diverse senior population. Offering services in both English and Spanish, we welcome over 50 visits daily and support more than 400 seniors each year, many of whom are monolingual and face challenges related to cultural and social isolation.
Our dedicated staff fosters an environment that promotes ongoing social, educational, and physical development through a wide range of daily activities. Located in the heart of the Fruitvale Transit Village, just steps from the Fruitvale BART station and an AC Transit hub, our ADA-accessible center offers a community room, a small computer lab, a game room, and on-site social service support.

Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 3:00pm

- Open to adults aged 50 and older
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required
- Simply complete a Senior Center Registration Form
- Attend a New Member Orientation to get started
