Our Housing Access Program is designed to support Oakland and Alameda County residents in securing and maintaining stable housing. The Housing Access & Navigation program provides:

- Application assistance for HUD-subsidized housing programs
- Integrated financial coaching and screening to help you be a competitive housing applicant
- Screening for any Utility Discount programs that help lower your expenses
