Ana Cardenas is an accomplished executive manager with over 30 years of diverse experience in strategic and operational leadership across multiple sectors. Currently the owner of Specialized Freedom Insurance Agency in Concord, CA, Ana excels in client relationship management, ensuring a consistent and positive client experience.

As an immigrant from Mexico, Ana brings a unique perspective and a deep commitment to fostering inclusive and equitable communities. Her journey has fueled her dedication to service and excellence in every role she undertakes.

Ana’s leadership extended to Meals on Wheels Diablo Region in Walnut Creek, CA, where she held several key positions over nearly two decades, including Chief Operating Officer and Interim Executive Director. During her tenure, she significantly increased revenue, managed extensive volunteer networks, and maintained essential services for over 5,000 aging adults.

Ana is deeply involved in the community as a volunteer activities, having served as Chair, Vice Chair and Member at The Unity Council / Policy Council and participating in various community service roles including the St. Agnes School/Church, Girl Scouts, and the Marin Fire History Group and other community organizations.

Ana’s expertise encompasses a wide range of skills. Ana holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. She is fluent in English and Spanish and possesses a robust set of technical skills.
