The Unity Council, your local non-profit community development corporation committed to enriching the quality of life for Oakland residents, with a focus on the Fruitvale neighborhood, is conducting a follow-up resident survey to one done 4 years ago in 2013.
Your household has been randomly selected to participate. We want to take this opportunity to inform you that we will be coming out to the community to conduct the surveys in-person starting July 24th through the end of August.
Your input is valuable and anonymous! We will use the information from this year and compare it to that from 4 years ago to see the progress and to inform us of areas in need of attention.
We are offering a $5 gift card for completing the survey which will be mailed to you upon confirmation of receipt of an electronic survey or the in-person completed survey.
