Casa Arabella

3580 E. 12th Street, Oakland, CA 94601

Casa Arabella provides permanent affordable housing to up to 400 residents
in the Bay Area whose household income is at or below 20-60% of the area
median income. At least twenty of the units are reserved for formerly
homeless U.S. military veterans. The complex draws on the influences of the
Fruitvale neighborhood’s vibrancy and style, blending comfortable family
townhomes with one-, two-, three-bedroom flats, and townhomes. Several
communal courtyards are available for gathering and provide play space for
families with children.

The property was developed in partnership by EBALDC and The Unity
Council. EBALDC also serves as the property management agent and The
Unity Council is the lead service provider. Operation Dignity provides
specialized case management to the veterans’ households.
Funding for the Casa Arabella development comes from the City of Oakland,
Alameda County, the State of California, the OaklandHousing Authority,
Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, California Municipal Finance
Authority, MUFG Union Bank, and U.S. Bank.

For more information on housing applications, please visit EBALDC, the designated property management. Learn more HOW TO APPLY – EBALDC | EBALDC.
