Mr. Nagraj has financed over 2,000 affordable apartments in the Bay Area. He previously served as Director of Development for BRIDGE Housing, overseeing a team of project managers on entitlements, predevelopment, and construction activities for BRIDGE’s Northern California pipeline. During his tenure, he financed and managed the construction of California’s largest modular affordable housing project, a 200-unit two-phase project at San Leandro BART.
Mr. Nagraj lives in Oakland and was an Oakland Planning Commissioner for two terms, serving as Chair of the Commission for two years. He was also appointed by Governor Brown and re-appointed by Governor Newsom, to the Board of the CA Housing Partnership Corporation, the state’s leading affordable housing finance and public policy organization. Mr. Nagraj is a licensed attorney and a graduate of Brown University and Columbia Law School.
